The new iPad can be bought in China mainland market soon, for Apple, China market is a big deal, if we compare this case to China market, Apple is the winner of the case, I believe that Apple will get not only $60 million and be more successful in China.

Some people could say that the case is not worth so much money, but I think it is a step of its world strategy. Apple iPad trademark case has disputed for several years, at first, Apple said iPad trademark just worth 1 million RMB, and through several negotiations, this number has up to $60 million, we have to say it is really a big change, but it is the only choice for Apple, or Apple will be not allowed to come into China market.

It is said by Shenzhen only crown company that this case maybe exist changing, because this number has not meet their expectations, their target is $0.4 billion, but I think it is just their target which can't achieve.
