Today, according to media reports, the south Korean court makes a decision: apple violated the samsung electronics two technology patent, apple must stop to sell infringing products in South Korea. In march this year, samsung presented a new lawsuit to apple in South Korea ,which accused apple iPhone 4 s and iPad 2 violated his own 3 of the patent right. Samsung claim to Seoul court: apple patent infringement involving mobile equipment display data, user interface and short message way.
Since the apple lits the patent wars blaster in April last year, apple and samsung patent infringement litigation has reached more than 30 Pope, spread to more than 10 countries around the world.
Apple initially charged with samsung copy its iPhone and iPad appearance design, then samsung lodges a counterclaim, accused apple violated its patent and refused to pay royalties.
There is no doubt that Samsung and Apple are the great company,they provide many new products to the world,and change some ways of our life style,but the patent case is a process,and the two company will bring more excellent products to the social!
